Cover letter submission is optional, but you do have to submit your CV. I have a cover letter pre-prepared so I submitted it.
How to respond for success
My CV was very professional (kept it to 1-page). Name, email and number at the top. I made sure my CV was in line with the job description. I used words from the job description so the algorithm passed me through. The structure for my CV was name and email at the top then Professional Profile, Employment History and skillset.
Expect a 1-2 month wait before progressing to the next stage.
Virtual Interview
Virtual interview 4-5 hours with breaks.
I only remember 1 long interview day. We had to do a group task and demonstrate “leadership”. We also had to do a PowerPoint presentation on what we are proud of. Then I had 2 more interviews with Managers. I just told them why I want the job and what my interests were. When I spoke to the managers it was basically the same thing but with 2 different people. I prepared by watching lots of amazon interview videos on YouTube.
